Welcome

The White Barn PRUD is a community of 78 homeowners surrounded by The Barn Golf Course in Pleasant View, Utah. Our location allows us to enjoy the relaxed, quiet atmosphere of a first-class golf course as well as the natural beauty of our surroundings. We live in a small, semi-rural city, yet we are only short drives away from downtown Ogden and access to Interstate 15, Utah�s major interstate highway.

The White Barn Homeowners Association, one of the first in the Ogden area, was created in 1973 to provide maintenance for the exteriors of our homes and the open areas we own in common. The association also has the responsibility to establish rules of conduct for members of our community and visitors.
