Homeowner Tips

8 February 2006
To: All White Barn PROD Homeowners
From: Board of Directors

Our Insurance Carrier, Allied Insurance has asked us through their Loss Control Representative Matt DeBerg, to remind you of the following:

  1. Fire extinguishers should be in every home and located for ready access in the event of a fire.
  2. All homeowners should have smoke detectors in place. They should be located just outside sleeping areas. Additional smoke detectors may be required by local code. They should be inspected for proper operation at least once a year, and a written record should be kept.
  3. BBQ grills should not be operated within 30 feet of buildings.
It is our desire to cooperate with the insurance carrier. If you have questions please contact a Board member or the Manager
