PET RULES

  1. No owner/tenant will be allowed to keep more than two pets.
  2. All eligible pets must be licensed to comply with the Pleasant View City Animal Control Ordinance.
  3. All eligible pets must be vaccinated for rabies and any other disease when required by the Pleasant View City Animal Control Ordinance.
  4. No pets shall be allowed outside the occupant's unit unless on a leash and under personal control of the occupant or his authorized representative. No pet run, pet door or kennels will be allowed on the outside of any unit.
  5. Each pet owner will at all times pick up any droppings by his/her pet and dispose of it in an appropriate place. Pet owners will be liable for any damage to lawns and shrubs by their pets.
  6. Each pet owner will prevent his/her pets from barking or making other noises that will disturb the peace and quiet of the other residents. Any homeowner or tenant who is being disturbed by an uncontrolled animal should immediately call the Pleasant View Animal Control Officer. Any other complaints about pets should be reported in writing to the Board of Directors.
  7. If a pet bites, or otherwise injures anyone in the White Barn. PRUD, the owner will be liable for all medical, hospital and other costs, and will be required to remove the pet permanently.
  8. If a pet damages or destroys the property of another, the owner will be required to repair to the satisfaction of the offended party, the damaged property or replace the property destroyed.
  9. Residents should not make pets of nor feed the wild ducks in or around the units.
